Memory Analysis and Reverse Engineering
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a background in Reverse Engineering and Memory Analysis for an client project. The objective is to identify specific memory offsets and data structures within the game client to track item metadata. The goal is to extract this information and export it to a web-based dashboard for real-time monitoring.
Scope of Work:
• Memory Offsets Identification: Find and document offsets for item attributes such as Unique IDs (persistent server-side IDs), enchantments/bonuses, socketed stones, elemental stats, and remaining item durations (timers).
• Parser Integration: Integrate these discovered offsets into an existing C++ automation framework to ensure accurate data extraction from in-game shops (private stores).
Technical Requirements:
• Tools: Expert level in x64dbg, Cheat Engine, and IDA Pro.
• Experience: Proven track record in Reverse Engineering, specifically with network packet parsing and memory-mapped structures.
Deliverables:
A functional update to the existing source code that correctly parses all specified item metadata without causing client instability
