recently google have made changes the way dev releases app on playstore,
it requires 20+ beta testers for 14+ days, so you should be able to install the given app in 20+ devices and run them daily for atleast 5 mins , and i will need 20+ emailid as well of the users,
let me know if you can do it, may a student who is living in a hostel will be the ideal candidate for this job as he will have access to many connections. you should be able to provide minimum 5 devices.
