I am looking for someone to develop a MIPS Simulator with a graphical user interface for a Windows operating system. The simulator should be implemented using the C++ programming language. The project must include a graphical user interface for users to interact with the simulator. Furthermore for testing, the simulator will need to be able to execute sample programs provided by me. The successful applicant should have experience developing in C++, be familiar with the architecture of a MIPS Simulator and be willing to clearly communicate their progress throughout the duration of the project.
