Lumerical Scripting help

I would like help with scripting in Lumerical.

For example, I could ask you, how can I write a script to do two FDTD simulations and then sum the monitor transmission from each individual simulation with a different weighting.

I would like that you show me how to script these kind of tasks and explain to me how the script works.
