Log Structured File System in C

I am looking for a developer to create a log structured file system in C that is compatible with Linux. The performance requirements should be balanced, with a focus on both high read and write speeds. The file system should be able to handle maximum file sizes of less than 1GB. This is a very small project and we have done most of the parts, we only need to add a cleaner to the current log system (If you want to write your own LFS that's fine too).

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Expertise in C programming language
- Familiarity with Linux operating system
- Experience in developing file systems
- Knowledge of log structured file systems and their implementation
