Develop software that can run on a single board computer that will form a proxy server function communication over ethernet or Wi-Fi to electric vehicle chargers (EV Charger) using the OCPP protocol developed by the EV Industry (OCPP 1.6). The EV chargers will be set or programmed to address all communication through the ethernet or Wi-Fi to the single-board computer. The single board computer with pass through all messages received from the EV chargers to an OCPP server whose address can be set by users

The single board computer and software will also communicate via an RS485 port using Modbus protocol to electricity infrastructure to receive the Amperage being used (there will be 3 values Phase A, Phase B, and Phase C.
The single board computer and software will be programmed by the user with a maximum available current and the software will control the local chargers sending OCPP web socket commands to the EV chargers to set the maximum available current each charger is allowed to use.
