Linux graphics program

A freelancer is needed to write a drawing program that runs on the Linux desktop. Use of a graphics library such as SVGAlib or SDL is required. Acceptable languages include C, C++, and Pascal. A small command-line utility would accompany this program to pass the needed instructions. Please see the attachment for details and bid as you see fit.
