[C, Linux] Multithreading VM

I will need an expert on Linux and multi-threading in C.
I will send you a VM storage engine implemented in the C language. I have already implemented the code. I think that the code was the easiest part. The boring part is downloading the vm and installing it and then doing the report very good. This is the part I would welcome your help :)
Specifically I want you to:
1. Read the doc with my requirements and download my VM and the VMwareplayer (links in the doc)
2. Check my code for errors and correct them (if any)
3. Add comments per line/ almost per line
4. Write a very good report as per the requirement of my doc
