Lead acid battery analyzer on ESP32

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a lead acid battery analyzer on ESP32 with the following specific requirements:
- Battery Test (SOC, SOH of Lead Acid battery), Starter Test and Charging Test for various type of lead acid batteries
- Real-time monitoring of Battery voltage
- Wi-fi connectivity to transmit data to a mobile app
- Low power consumption
The ideal freelancer should have experience in ESP32 programming, battery analyzis of Lead Acid batteries.
