C-Language Linker Error Resolution (/lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found)

I'm encountering linker errors while compiling my C-language code after adding SQLite3 source. Code compiles and works prior to adding SQLite3. The specific error is that the version `GLIBC_2.28' and 2.33 are not found in `/lib/libc.so.6`. (/lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found)
Ideally, I would need a freelancer with strong expertise in C-language and experience troubleshooting linker errors. Comprehensive knowledge of system libraries and able to suggest solutions to resolve the issue.
It is expected to work remotely (TeamViewer or similar RDP) on my PC. Code can be immediately tested on embedded Linux hardware.

-Eclipse IDE
-GCC Toolchain with cross GCC
-C-language
Code runs on embedded Linux SOC
Project target:
Make required changes and corrections to ensure that code gets compiled while SQLite3 source gets added in to current project. Prior SQLite3 source injection code compiles and runs well on target SOC.
I am willing to pay you not for fixing code for me but also for educating me on how to fix that and avoid it in the future.
