JAWS SCRIPTING JOB

So the client is employed at a call center that utilizes a program called Genesys. This program is for their phone system and they use it through their computer. The IT person at this call center said the following “My testing with JAWS showed that for Genesys, controls are not detected, but lists resulting from a selected control do get read”

So we are trying to determine if scripting will allow JAWS to read these controls so that our client can utilize Genesys. That is the extent of the information I have but I can get her in touch with the IT person if that would be helpful.
