Installing A/C in our church. Never had A/C before. Need electrical drawings , measure for how much a/c is needed and everything i need done for getting a city of Toledo permit.

I am in need of a freelancer to help me install A/C in our small church sanctuary. I have a specific brand and type of A/C system in mind, however, I will need the freelancer to create the necessary electrical drawings and measure for how much A/C is needed.
