Imsi catcher DIY -- 3

Looking for someone with knowledge in debian 10 ubuntu 20.04 linux mint kali 2020 and knows about software defined radio. I am building a home made imsi catcher from cheap parts and need help constructing and programming it. Experience in python will b needed. Job wont start till late october but mssg me now with cost
