Implementing shell commands

I am looking for a skilled developer who can implement shell commands in C on Linux.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in C programming language
- Strong understanding of Linux operating system
- Familiarity with C shell (Csh)
- Experience implementing shell commands

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a specific set of shell commands as per my requirements
