Implementation of Blue Noise through Optimal Transport

Looking to implement the code below into a simple precompiled package with some additional functionality. Please see the code below, specifically the ibnot function for stippling:

The additional functionality is taking all of the .png files in a directory and processing it in one go. I need someone who is also interested in computer vision algorithms and would be interested in fixing what I anticipate to be the biggest problem with this, which is lack of temporal coherence, on a frame to frame basis. Anyone who has any experience with implementing vector fields based on optical flow algorithms (e.g. RAFT) in order to minimize temporal loss would be perfect.
