IPTV MULTICAST - UNICAST PLAYER for android STB

I am looking for a skilled Android developer to create an IPTV multicast - unicast player for an Android set-top box (STB). The project requires the following:

• Support for live TV channels only
• Target Android version is 6.0 Marshmallow
• Support for both Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) and Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) UDP
. Support HLS

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

• Strong knowledge of Android development and experience with Android 6.0 Marshmallow
• Familiarity with IPTV protocols, specifically IGMP and RTSP and UDP
• Experience in developing multimedia applications and video streaming
• Ability to optimize performance and ensure smooth playback of live TV channels
