Home Hub Development on Windows

I have a part done home hub app that uses tuya iot, the issue is that tuya only allow 20 devices and i have 45, they wont allow more unless i pay $2500 per month, so i need an alternative, im happy to use a zigbee hub if that works. What are your suggestion so i can award and you can finish this off.
