Help me fork of litecoin

I have already created a forked of litecoin(as I am learning) and everything seems working but there are some issues I am facing after running the coin
in this case, will you be able to help I can pay?
they are not really some issues but I think I am missing somethings
like peers are not syncing each other
when I mine my coin using cpuminer then the rewards are sent to another address even I specify my own address
and the mining transactions are not showing in the list
