Help Setting Up Proxy Windows on Desktop

Can you guys do a very unique order for me. This is what I want to do. I wish to run about 20 social media accounts on 20 different proxy windows on their own ip address but I still want to see it on one screen to manage all accounts I have a large screen at home to view it. But Wish to hire someone experienced enough to use "Team Viewer" to update my browser and would not mind if you did a video recording showing how you did it so I can do it again or manage again if I have to. Please let me know how much you charge to setup the proxies for firefox and create 20 spereate browsers for each dedicated account. Here is a PDF explaining how to do it.
I will need this done on 10 different computers if you can do well on the first one/
