Hardware alter laptop webcam -- 2

I need alter a laptop's hardware, the purpose is to cut destination laptop's webcam data to my own Desktop computer, then i will do some change to it , then send the changed data back.

requirements:

1. most laptop adapter
2. can't destroy laptop's surface
3. the communication protocol from destination laptop and my Desktop computer should be in WiFi or Bluetooth or others, most important is there is no wire. the time delay wont be more than 500ms
4. hardware design paper with all units & source code
5. pull and push stream i will use OBS Studio
