FreeRTOS / STM32CubeIDE / STM32: find and improve parameter / pointer / memory leak

In the firmware of https://github.com/PeterKamm/Environmental-Citizen-Sensor-Station-FIfF-DSEE/tree/main we have a memory leak, possibly caused somewhere around lines 360 to 376 in file "FOCSS.c" in folder "ECSS-6". This leads to spurious overwrites in the memory. Hence sometimes after about 1..10 Minutes the system / FreeRTOS crashes.
