Fox Alien 4040xe

I have a cnc fox alien 4040xe. When I send a file to the controller the spindle just spins. I have error code popping up for tool changes, limit switches and no spindle detected. Files are saved in wrong format and V-Carve only has generic post processors for my machine. I need someone who can program the router to my machine and processors so I can actually use the machine. In person would be nice but it could probable be done through zoom if they could take over control of machine.
