Fix my Webscraper error

I have the Source, Its written in I think C#/C++. It is for Windows.
Again I HAVE THE SOURCE !! It scrapes a SUPER SMALL Amount of DATA from a webpage and displays it on one of my screens on my computer.
It is no longer working and just displays " Error: The underlying connection was closed"
Job pays $20 and also must include updated source code back to me. Any "BID" for over this will be ignored.
Also need someone that has some decent number of reviews. In the past everyone that has NO reviews never work out, as usually/unfortunately they aren't RELIABLE.
