Fix my HID USB descriptors

We have a USB HID device that has four separate Joysticks. It partially works in Windows but does not work well in Linux. Running a USB Protocol analyser on the device shows illegal Get Device Descriptor. We need someone who is an expert in microcontroller USB and HID devices to fix it.
