FPGA-Based Product Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced electronics design company or individual contractor to support an FPGA-based product development project.

Scope of Work
Schematic design and multi-layer PCB design
FPGA development using existing open-source FPGA projects as a starting point
Verilog HDL development and modification
C firmware development for embedded processors (soft-core or external MCU)
Integration, bring-up, and basic validation support

Technical Requirements
Strong experience with FPGA development (Verilog HDL required)
Experience working with open-source FPGA cores and platforms
Experience with C firmware development for embedded systems
Familiarity with common FPGA toolchains (e.g., Xilinx, Intel/Altera, or equivalent)
Ability to design production-ready PCBs (signal integrity, power, clocking considerations)

Deliverables
Complete schematics and PCB layout files
FPGA Verilog source code
Firmware source code (C)
Basic documentation sufficient for ongoing development and manufacturing

Project Details
Project is based on existing open-source FPGA designs, not a greenfield design
Long-term collaboration is possible if the initial phase is successful
Communication in English is required
