Embedded Programmer for Data Logger Development

Job ID: 38795421

Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Automation Embedded Programmer to develop a versatile Data Logger. The system will capture data from Modbus and 4-20 mA signals, process it, and transmit it to our server and other servers through various communication methods such as LAN cable, Wi-Fi, and SIM card module. The goal is to create a reliable, scalable, and efficient solution for real-time data acquisition and transmission.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Acquisition
Integrate Modbus protocol to read data from connected devices.
Implement an interface to capture analog signals from 4-20 mA inputs.

Data Processing
Process raw input signals into meaningful and structured data.
Ensure data accuracy, noise filtering, and signal validation.

Data Transmission
Design communication protocols for data transmission via:
LAN (Ethernet) for wired connectivity.
Wi-Fi for wireless transmission.
SIM Card Module for cellular communication (3G/4G).

Server Integration
Configure the system to send data to our central server and multiple external servers.
Ensure secure and consistent data transmission.

User Interface (Optional)
Provide a simple UI or command-line interface for setup and diagnostics.
Technical Requirements

Hardware
Support for Modbus communication.
4-20 mA signal acquisition interface.
Modules for Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and SIM-based connectivity.

Software
Embedded programming for real-time data logging.
Protocol implementation for Modbus RTU/TCP.
MQTT/HTTP/FTP support for server communication.

Other Features
Robust error handling and diagnostic tools.
Power-efficient design with low downtime.
Compact and scalable architecture.

Deliverables
Fully functional data logger prototype with all requested features.
Source code and detailed documentation for hardware and software.
Support during integration and testing phases.
This project provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact solution. If you have expertise in embedded systems, communication protocols, and industrial data acquisition, we look forward to your proposal!
