C/C++ Embedded Developer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are seeking an experienced Senior C/C++ Engineer to join long-term projects focused on developing, maintaining, and modernizing large-scale, high-performance systems. These projects involve complex legacy codebases and cutting-edge platforms across domains such as embedded systems, automotive software, and enterprise-grade infrastructure.
In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle — from understanding requirements and designing system architecture to implementing, optimizing, and maintaining robust solutions. You will be responsible for improving system performance, reducing technical debt, and ensuring reliability in large, multi-component environments.
You will collaborate with distributed teams and contribute to system-wide decisions, while also taking ownership of modules and supporting cross-functional areas when needed. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in complex environments.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with C/C++ in Linux environments, strong knowledge of multithreading and system-level programming, and a proven track record of working with large-scale or embedded systems. Experience with real-time operating systems, hardware interaction, or high-performance systems is highly valued.
We are looking for engineers who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with legacy systems while driving improvements and modernization. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in English are essential.
