ESPIDF SPI to BME280 Example
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for an experienced software engineer to help me create a working example of SPI communication between using the ESP32 via ESPIDF (Not Arduino) software with a BME280 sensor to read Temperature and Pressure from BME280 sensor using SPI (not I2C) Interface.
Must have ESP32 and BME280 Sensor and test the code
Prefer access to ESP32 WROVERDEV Board
Prefer to use https://github.com/boschsensortec/BME280_driver for BME280 Component (Can provide - code as component)
Prefer to use VSPI Interface on ESP32

Deliverables
Create component in ESPIDF (latest current version) for BME280
Code using ESPIDF (not Ardunio) to temperature and pressure using SPI Interface (not I2C)
Provide instruction to build if not standard.
Wiring Diagram for connections using SPI connections between ESP32 and BME280 Sensor
Details of BME280 Sensor breakout board used
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in both ESPIDF and C++ and familiarity with SPI communication.
