ESP32 esp_modem with SIM800 or SIM900 or SIM7000

I'm looking for an ESP32 expert to work on a project where I need to connect a SIM7000/SIM800/SIM900 module with my ESP32 and make it call a specific webpage to retrieve plain text data. This will be done using ESP-IDF with esp_modem library.
Key Requirements:
- Connect module with ESP32: I'm using SIM7000/SIM800/SIM900 modules and it needs to be correctly connected with the ESP32.
- Retrieve Plain Text Data: The primary function of this setup is to retrieve plain text data from a specific webpage, for this case let's say example.com.
- Use ESP-IDF with esp_modem library: The task has to be done using ESP-IDF with esp_modem library and NO ARDUINO
You need to have a GSM module and ESP32 dev board with you.
