ESP32-C3FH4 Prototype Schematic Development

I'm in need of some assistance in developing the prototype schematic for an Embedded ESP32-C3FH4.

***This is for integration in an existing device that is currently utilizing a ESP32-C3 Supermini Dev Board

Key functionalities should include:

- Bluetooth connectivity
- GPIO pins configuration
- ADC Input
- USB-C Female Plug
- Serial TX and RX IO
- Ten (10) GPIO functionalities

This blueprint will serve as the basis of a prototype I am developing. As such, I'm seeking to partner with someone who is experienced and proficient in the following areas:

ESP32-C3FH4 development and configuration including the following features:
- Bluetooth connectivity
- GPIO pins configuration
- ADC Input systems
- USB-C connection.
- Serial Comms
