ESP32 GETTING DHCP OPTION 66

I need a programmer with experience working with the ESP32. I need to connect it to my local wifi network via DHCP and get the DHCP option 66 (TFTP server name) from the DHCP server.
This is a really complicated task if your are not used to work with this kind of devices/protocols so only people with experience will be taken into account. If you think you can help me, start your proposal with the word "esp32dhcp". All biddings which do not start with this word will be automatically discarded.
