EMA 20/50/100/200 and VIX is less then 20 EMA

Need to display EMA 20/50/100/200 and VIX indicators and when EMA is greater then 200 EMA and VIX is less then 20 EMA should dsplay Buy Signal and when EMA is at 20 EMA and VIX at 200 EMA should display SELL signal ,this should display at 5 min interval
