Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Digital Signal Processing (DSP): Familiar with digital signal processing theory and algorithms, with relevant knowledge of mathematics and signal processing. Able to apply audio processing algorithms such as digital filtering, spectrum analysis, reverberation, equalizer, etc.
Audio codec: Knowledge of audio codec technology, such as MP3, AAC, FLAC and other audio formats. Experience in development and optimization of audio codecs.
Real-time audio processing: Experience in real-time audio processing, able to handle real-time audio streams, delay control and optimization to ensure real-time audio and quality.
Digital audio interfaces and protocols: familiar with common digital audio interfaces and protocols, such as I2S, TDM, SPDIF, AES/EBU, etc., and able to work with hardware engineers for interface design and debugging.
Audio effect processing: familiar with common audio effect processing, such as equalizer, compressor, reverberation, sound and image positioning, etc., able to implement and optimize these effect processing algorithms.
Audio algorithm optimization: Have experience in optimizing audio algorithms, and be able to optimize algorithms for specific hardware platforms and resource constraints to improve performance and efficiency.
Audio testing and debugging: Experience in audio testing and debugging, able to use audio testing equipment and software tools to evaluate and optimize audio performance, quality and latency.
Audio software development: Familiar with audio-related software development techniques and tools, such as C/C++, MATLAB, Python, etc. Experience in audio software development and the ability to work collaboratively with other software developers.
In addition, good problem solving skills, teamwork and communication skills are important qualities.
