Development of super capacitor based jump starter

we need to develop a super capacitor jump starter. we have a benchmark product in our office which can be provided to the developer. The jump starter is used to jump start automobiles and delivers a peak current of 800A. it has got a charging / discharging mechanism which needs to be reversed engineered and then hardware / firmware made to demonstrate a working prototype. we would like to use ESP32 controller for this project.
