Developing an closed AI for an organization -- 2

I am seeking a skilled developer to assist in building a closed AI system for our organization. The purpose of this AI system is to provide fast access to information and answer questions efficiently. The information is in different languages such as English and Farsi (Persian). This AI should be capable of being used for Law firms as well

Specific requirements for the AI system have been identified, and we are looking for someone who can meet these requirements.

As for the preferred programming language, we are open to using whatever language is best suited for the project.
