Developer for ESP32 BLE Transport Layer

I'm on the hunt for an experienced developer who can construct a BLE transport layer on an ESP32. Ideally, you should have proficiency in C to execute this project.
Required Functionalities:
- Reading from a BLE device
- Writing to a BLE device
- Connecting and disconnecting to a BLE device
The TP should be able to handle 5K bytes in one go.
The project entails observing conformity with the following Bluetooth protocols and standards:
- Bluetooth 4.0
- Bluetooth 4.2
- Bluetooth 5.0
