Develop HTTP POST request using WinHttpRequest.5.1

I'm looking for a skilled developer to help me create an HTTP POST request using WinHttpRequest.5.1 in Visual Basic (VBA via MSACESSS client) with "Content-Type" "multipart/form-data". I already have a POSTMAN collection that works using other programming languages (i.e., C#, cURL, Python, PHP etc..) but am unable to work out how to translate the code from Postman to VBA. In summary, the POST API sends and XML file with appropriate authorization and tokens parameters. I can provide a full API specification.
