Develop AI , ML and Deep learning algorithms for defect detection in rubber and metallic objects

I am looking for a skilled developer to help me develop AI, ML, and Deep learning algorithms for defect detection in rubber and metallic objects.
Defect Types:
- The system should be able to detect both surface and structural defects in the objects.
Data:
- I have labeled data available to train the AI/ML models.
Accuracy:
- I expect the defect detection system to have an accuracy level between 91-99%.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in AI, ML, and Deep learning algorithms.
- Experience in defect detection systems.
- Proficiency in working with labeled data.
- Ability to develop accurate and efficient algorithms.
- Knowledge of working with rubber and metallic objects is a plus.
