Decompile Ninjatrader Script and recreate or make new script

I have a simple ninjatrader script that needs to be decompiled if possible. If not, I can describe how it works and you can create it. Basics are once price passes a inputed point by me it takes a long trade and vice versa for short. Order handling is simple as well.

I'll provide files to whoever wishes to take this project on. Must have Ninjatrader coding knowledge.
