Ddd to csv or json converter

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with a project that requires a converter from DDD to CSV or JSON file. My data source is a DDD (tachograph) file, and I need the data in a CSV or JSON or XML format. This does not require any existing systems to be integrated. If you have experience in this type of work and you are able to help, I would appreciate it.
