5 Gbps Data transfer software
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
We are looking for a skilled development partner to create a USB data transfer application that is compatible with both Windows operating systems. Anticipated volume of data transfer is more than 100GB via mass storage device connection at 5 Gbps. (We will offer follow-on work for Mac/iOS/Android implementations.)
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Strong knowledge of USB transfer protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in developing applications for both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Expertise in handling file transfer functionality
- Strong problem-solving skills to ensure compatibility across different devices and standards
- Expertise in managing low level operating system buffers / multi-thread IO
- Experience in developing efficient data transfer platforms.
- Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and optimizing transfer speed.
- Familiarity with physical storage devices and their integration with software systems.
- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for easy management and monitoring of data transfers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth and error-free transfers.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with our team and provide regular updates on the project progress.
USB Driver stack is proposed as MCCI DataPump drivers (to be provided) and is initially keyed to FTDI 601 device controllers.
