Data Mapping for integration project

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help with a data mapping project. The source of the data will be manual data entry, and the output should be in CSV format. The goal is to perform an application integration, making use of the mapped data. Previous experience in this type of task is essential, and high attention to detail is a must.
