Data Collection Using Silabs Mighty Gecko and Open Thread
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a project to use Silabs Development Environment Simplicity Studio 5 and Silabs Development Kit products to form a basic Openthread network
and send to custom data packets from the thread routers to to the boarder router.
The boarder router is to be a raspberry Pi connected to a Silabs Thunderboard Sense 2 Sensor-to-Cloud Advanced IoT Kit (BRD4166a) as in Silabs AN1256.
The Thread Routers are to be Silabs Mighty Gecko Microcontrollers
On power up the thread routers should
1) join the network
2) send a custom 50 byte packet to the boarder router every 30 seconds
and send to custom data packets from the thread routers to to the boarder router.
