DMX/RDM Firmware Engineer

I'm in need of an experienced DMX/RDM firmware engineer to help me troubleshoot and fix the RDM functionality in my current controller using ESP32. The controller is slave, will get command signal from a DMX/RDM Master to control strip led.

Here's a summary of what I need done:

- Troubleshooting: My current DMX code is functioning as expected, however, I'm facing challenges with the RDM protocol. I've tried debugging the issue myself, but have been unsuccessful. I need someone with a deep understanding of RDM to identify and fix the problem.

The ideal candidate for this project would have:

- Proficient in C/C++: My firmware for the controller is written in C/C++. It's crucial that you have strong experience in this language.
- Extensive RDM knowledge: You should have solid experience working with RDM (Remote Device Management) and be able to quickly and accurately identify issues within the protocol.
- Previous DMX-related projects: Experience with DMX controllers, particularly in the context of RGB strip LEDs, would be highly beneficial.
- Have RDM master to test
