DICOM CD/DVD/USB Burning Software Development

I'm seeking a skilled software developer to create a Windows-compatible software for burning DICOM data onto CD, DVD, and USB drives. This software should be capable of supporting the Epson Disc Producer series.

Key Requirements:
- Primary function of the software: burning DICOM data to physical media
- Software must be compatible with Windows operating system
- Software should have a Graphical User Interface (GUI)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in software development for Windows
- Familiarity with DICOM data and related burning processes
- Previous work with Epson Disc Producer series is a plus
- Excellent skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly GUIs
