DEX Development Expert Needed

I need a blockchain developer who can create a program that has the ability to trade solana based coins on Raydium.

Essential Duties:
- Lead the development of a fully functional DEX.
- Must work on a CLMM pool based on Raydium (Without Orderbook)
- Implement essential features such as trading pairs, order types, and liquidity provision.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in DEX development.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency mechanisms.
- Proficiency with security protocols and measures related to DEXs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
