Customizable Windows Compiler Development

I'm in need of a skilled developer to create a Windows compiler that can integrate three existing Windows installers and includes an auto-fill feature within the installation process.

Key Requirements:
- Integration of three base Windows installers, with the ability to compile and update any of these installers as needed
- Implementation of an auto-fill feature within the installation process of a specific installer (Installer B)
- Ability to collect auto-fill data from an external source (CSV file or Database, to be determined)
- Option to input images and text as an instructions, wellcome and thanks message in the section of this installer.
