Custom Pine Indicator Build

I’m looking for a seasoned Pine Script coder to create a fully functional custom indicator for TradingView. The job is strictly about building an “Indicator base”—my chosen approach for adding new logic later—rather than a full automated strategy.

Here’s what I need:

• A clean, well-structured Pine Script (v6) that plots the core calculations and visuals of the indicator.
• Clear in-code comments so I can modify thresholds, colours, and additional signals myself in the future.
• User-configurable inputs for timeframe, look-back length, and alert triggers.
• Final delivery as a single .pine file that compiles without errors on TradingView and includes a brief usage note.
