Creating User Interface for Arduino project -- 2

Looking for someone to design a User Interface Webpage for an Arduino, which fits a criteria as shown in the link below. Code will be given for the controls of the rover and the operation of the sensor, just need someone to bring it all together and integrate it into a webpage.

Will need an Arduino to test the code to make sure there isn't any errors. Need to be finished by Friday latest
