Create a board design for fashion wearable project -- 2

I want to hire an embedded system engineer who can understand chip / soc datasheet and create design of board for our requirement and choose right components like camera sensor, LCD based on datasheet . Who has knowledge of Firmware , Linux OS and RTOS . Need to work on data sheet of NXP processor i.mx 7ulp family . Understands all communication interface like MIPI and SPI and knows how to connect components like camera and lcd . Also can propose a design to connect three LCD screen and five camera to NXP processor i.mx 7ulp . The data sheet of processor is uploaded here.
